I have been living under a rock! The first bite blew my mind all the way to the moon! Customer service on point, warm cozy authentic vibes! Garlic fries on period point blank and let me not get started about the Philly cheese steak hoagie!!! Food smacked harder than my Mama I'm for sure going back every chance I get!

My favorite burger joint in Richmond is Phila Burger Station and it's mostly because of Sam! Sam loves the community he serves in and it shows up in his customer service and his Food! I mean he knows everybody and their orders and he has a great rapport with all who find their way to the front of his burger joint. We love Sam! We love Phila Burger. Things that are good to eat? Burgers made to order, garlic fries, Philly cheese steak, shakes, all of it good!!!

After the first bite I thought, "this is my new go-to." As I approached the last bites, I thought "this local treasure must be protected and I pledge my sword to them." Go here. I am always on the lookout for a good local burger, and this place did not disappoint in terms of quality, service, or price. What I paid for my cheeseburger with everything (except mayo, ugh) and generous order of fries wouldn't even get you the burger a lot of places; let alone a burger as good. The service at the window was super-friendly and fast. Takeout only.

Been here a couple of times with my husband who introduced me to this place. Each time, we've gotten the Phila burger with the pastrami. The burger is huge!! The pickles complement the pastrami so well. The fries are perfectly crisp but you do need to add the salt and pepper that they give you which is kind of nice so you can make them as salty as you want. There's no where to sit so we always sit in our car but the people who work there or own it are always nice and fast!

What a super juicy and filling burger! Mine was a little heavy handed with the mayo, but now that I know, I'll ask for just a little next time. They make everything fresh on the spot and are very attentive, so you should feel confident that whatever you order will be made according to your specifications. Will definitely try more items. This is a no frills, quality based, efficiently run operation, that also happens to give back to the community. Who could ask for anything more?

First off, the fries portion at Phil's Burger Station is no joke - it's enough to satisfy 2 people to share. Personally, I can't get enough of their chicken or steak cheesesteak. The seasoning is always on point, making every bite a flavorful punch. Now, let's talk burgers. Phil's Burger Station knows how to hit that burger craving just right. Just a heads up, though - if you're not a fan of heavy mayo, don't hesitate to ask for it light. They tend to be a bit generous with it. They actively support local businesses and events, creating a vibrant atmosphere for their customers. Swing by the window area and you might just discover your new favorite spot in town. I do miss the indoor seating pre- COVID.
